李延通,副教授,博士生导师

国巴黎萨克雷大学(2025软科世界大学排名第13位)自动化专业博士。现任中国运筹学会排序分会理事、随机服务与运作管理分会青年理事,入选大连市青年才俊类高层次人才计划。曾赴香港理工大学工业与系统工程系、加拿大拉瓦尔大学CIRRELT团队进行学术访问。主持多项国家级及省部级科研项目,包括国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目(C类)、教育部人文社科青年基金、辽宁省社科规划基金青年项目,以及中国博士后科学基金面上一等资助等。主要研究方向涵盖运筹优化、低空经济运营与管理,并聚焦于智慧港口运营、海洋治理及海上巡航监管调度与路径规划等应用领域。已发表或录用高水平学术论文50余篇,其中包括UTD-24期刊论文2篇、ESI高被引论文1篇、SCI期刊论文30余篇。多项成果见于IJOCEJORIJPRIJPEOmegaTRC/ECORCIEIEEE TITSIEEE TASEIEEE TEM等国际权威期刊。
