苏敏，讲师，硕士研究生导师，sumin@jmofficial.net 
经济学专业教师，大连市本地高层次人才（青年才俊），主要从事交通运输经济、区域协同发展等方面的研究工作，以第一作者身份在Applied Geography、Transport Policy、Research in Transportation Economics、Journal of Air Transport Management、铁道运输与经济等期刊发表学术论文10篇，主持辽宁省社会科学基金1项。
